A: Each passenger is personally responsible for checking the correctness of passenger data such as name spelling, destination(s) and flight date, prior to purchasing the airline ticket. In case of changes in names, routes or flight dates after purchase of the ticket, a penalty will apply plus any changes in fare, if applicable.

Q6: I'm connecting to/from InselAir on another airline. What do I need to do?
A: If you are connecting to InselAir from US Airways, WinAir or Avianca flights, your baggage should be checked through to your final destination; however, you will need to check in at the InselAir counter, or your connecting airline transfer counter. Please allow 90 minutes (2 hours in Miami or Puerto Rico) between flights to complete this process.

Passengers arriving on international flights at Curacao Hato Airport: the transfer counter is located in the center of the upper level of the arrivals hall (directly above immigration). Please have your itinerary, boarding passes (if checked through at your origin) ready and available as well as the applicable amount for paying your Departure Tax; about US$2.00 per person (cash is preferred). You will be required to pass through security prior to reaching the transfer desk; however, you will not have to clear immigration or customs. At the transfer counter, our agents will assist you with any additional documents you may need and will direct you to your departure gate.
