• InselAir takes measures to stabilize route network

    06-02-2017 - Willemstad – Curacao. Immediate steps were taken by InselAir’s CEO Mr. Filiatreault and his Management Team to increase the reliability of InselAir’s network. This specifically means that InselAir will take out its flights to Barranquilla and to San Juan. Additionally, instead of twice per week, InselAir will be operating the Auba – Santo Domingo – St. Maarten route once per week. Albert Kluyver, one of the founders and shareholders of InselAir International BV, will resign from his position after a transition period which has already started. Kluyver has led the organization in his role as Chief Executive Officer since the early beginnings in 2006.

The Department of Civil Aviation of Aruba (DCA) is conducting routine inspections on 4 of the in total 8 aircraft that InselAir Aruba currently has in operation. To have 4 aircraft inspected simultaneously is not unusual. Inspections on 2 of the aircraft are being completed and the aircraft are scheduled to operate flights tomorrow morning. read more
