2. Voice a concern/complaint
Send us an email with the following details: ticket number, email address, phone number and a brief description of your concern/complaint. A dedicated agent will be in touch with you shortly to address your issue.

3. Contact our Lost & Found Department regarding lost/damage luggage.
• If your baggage has been lost, damaged, pilfered or delayed, you must report this, in person, at the InselAir Baggage Desk in the arrival hall at the airport upon your arrival.
• The InselAir Baggage Service Office is located in the baggage claim area in the arrival hall. 
• Here you will need to fill in a Property Irregularity Report (PIR), before leaving the arrival hall.  
• In case you were not able to talk to a representative at the airport please fill out this form and email it to us. 
• Missing luggage claims must be received by the airline within 21 days after handing your luggage to the airline. 
• Claims regarding damaged and/or pilfered luggage must be received by the airline within 7 days after handing your luggage to the airline.
• Please note that InselAir is not responsible for (1) switched luggage in case another passenger has taken your luggage (2) minor damages to the luggage (3) any valuable items.
4. Make a new reservation.
Search, plan and book your flight conveniently online and pay safely with your credit card.  In case you are not in the possession of a credit card you can use our pay-later option (coming soon) or visit one of our ticket offices to purchase your ticket.

5. Contact InselAir regarding an exisiting reservation.
Send an email  including your 5 digit code (PNR) reference number or 13 digit ticket number and we will gladly help you with your existing reservation.
6. Request a refund
For Aruba, Bonaire, Curacao & St. Maarten: Please email us your (1) name, (2) flight date, (3) ticket number (13 digits) and (4) PNR (5 digits)
Refund is only possible when your flight has a delay of 6 hours and up as stated in our general conditions at 9.2

You may contact InselAir through the InselAir Callcenter, Reservations and Information Department. Our Customer Relations Department is ready to answer your questions, solve problems and to take action, when something didn't go right the first time. This department considers the company slogan 'Reaching Higher' their everyday motto, in delivering the best customer service that can be provided.  As a promise to our passengers InselAir has drafted a Customer Service Plan and Tarmac Delay Plan, in which we specify our procedures during times in which passengers need the most clarification. The InselAir Customer Relations Team will use the contact details that passengers have provided upon their reservation/booking. In case passengers did not provide (accurate) personal contact details upon their reservation/booking, we advise those passengers to contact InselAir via the abovementioned contact details. Always have your 5 digit code (PNR) or 13 digit ticket number at hand.
